We've gained a valuable breadth of experience from the range of businesses we’ve been involved with over the years. We can often help you see a particular business challenge from a different perspective - with a fresh set of eyes (so to speak). And where we can, we’ll offer a few carefully considered and clever alternatives to the way you do things now.

But after the involvement and the ideas (and the dust) has settled, we need a decision. In some cases we’ll do mock-ups to help choose between alternatives, or to help firm up on the functional requirements. In most cases a simple statement of scope and deliverables will suffice. But at times you’ll need full diagrammatic project management documentation, functional specifications, process flow, relationship schematics, testing records and verification certificates. We can’t say we find documentation the most exciting part of our work, but we do find that appropriate documentation reliably delivers a better quality result for a lower overall cost.
