Intechrity 'Remote Rescue' takes the frustration out of computer support - anywhere in the world.
Intechrity 'Remote Rescue' allows you to safely share your computer screen with us while you talk us through exctly what you mean - just as if we were there!
Even better, if we know the answer we can often show you what to click and explain why, right there and then. Could be that's all you need to get started.

 If you need real help, call us to the rescue on (02) 6040 8530.
When requested, click this rescue ring image, enter the password we provide and download the Intechrity Remote Rescue package.
Select 'Run' to start the Rescue Package directly (or you may choose 'Save' if you prefer to retain a copy for future use).
When the rescue session is complete the software will uninstall itself from your PC.
